Born in Hoxie, Kansas, Doug Weber grew up in Topeka and attended Kansas State University in Manhattan. A scholarship athlete, he was captain of the men's cross country and track and field teams, and was a world-ranked distance runner. The excellent year-round training weather was one of the reasons he chose to relocate to Arizona and attend Arizona State University College of Law. While Doug no longer runs competitively, he supports the continued development of endurance sports and youth athletics in Arizona, and has represented world-class athletes in personal injury claims. He has found that the twin traits of thoughtful preparation and long-term dedication which are so vital to distance running are also of great value to a trial attorney. In his capacity as Brown & Arenofsky's chief litigator, Doug works closely with our clients to get to know them as people and to develop a complete understanding of their injuries and losses. His efforts are always designed to insure that, should litigation become necessary on a case, our clients are well-informed, comfortable with the process, and skillfully represented. Over his twenty-five year career, Doug has litigated cases in several states, and tried cases to verdict in both Arizona and Nevada. Each of his clients enjoys the benefit of this wide-ranging experience in the handling and prosecution of their claim.
